Can I cancel my order?
Please, be informed that once an order is placed successfully, and the payment has been confirmed, the processes for delivery has started. Hence, we are unable to process a cancellation.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has already entered the shipping process or has been shipped, you cannot change the delivery address for such order. You can, however, change your delivery address for future orders.
Can I make changes to the order I have already placed?
No, you cannot make changes to orders that have been confirmed and is in the shipping process. You can make changes such as adding/modifying at the point of placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
We cannot ascertain this as we do not manage the shipping directly. Most courier companies take 1-3 business days to deliver domestic shipments and 3-7 days to deliver internationally.
Do you ship packages internationally?
Yes, we ship and fulfill orders from outside Nigeria. Although, this is subject to shipping restrictions, available courier provider, and government policies. Kindly reach out to us before placing an order.
Do you offer payment on delivery?
No, we do not offer payment-on-delivery (POD). Please, be informed that payment validates your order.

How do I make sure I order the correct size?
You have to take a measurement. If this is a difficult process, please contact us for an inspection before placing an order. This can be done via a phone conversation, or a physical inspection.
What is the return policy?
Items sold in good condition are not returnable. However, if an item is found unsatisfactory, you can contact us to lodge your complaint.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do not accept payment-on-delivery (POD) or down-payment. We run a pay-before-delivery service. Your payment validates the fulfilment process of your order. We accept cash payments, and direct bank transfers.
